Heavy oil was talked about on BNN today. I think Keystone is at least two years off, after approval. But there were a couple of other positives for the differential. One was there is a refinery, I think BP's??? that is scheduled to be back onstream in the shorter term. And I think they process 300k barrels a day. And apparently more rail coming online.
