The Company is an explorer advancing the Lynn Lake Nickel-Copper-Cobalt Sulfide Project in Manitoba, Canada, as well as the Mt Gilmore cobalt-copper-gold (Mt Gilmore) and Miriam nickel Sulfide projects (Miriam) in Australia. The Lynn Lake Nickel-Copper-Cobalt Sulfide Project is a significant Class-1 nickel resource. The Mt Gilmore Project is located 35 kilometers from the city of Grafton in north-eastern New South Wales. The Company owns an 80% interest in Mt Gilmore. Mt Gilmore is focused on multiple rare, cobalt-rich sulfide deposits, similar to Cobalt Ridge. CZN responses are well thought out compared to AANDC interventions.  AANDC  is all over the place and actually supports CZNs position with their statements a few times although I dont think that was their intent. In my view what they are really asking for is a second storage pond and I believe they may get it. The down side being expense and less room to expand mine down the road.  

 

The only area of concern I see  is AANDC is asking for additional water data to be collected in 2013 although their reason to gather it is vague and  they are not even sure what they will do with data when they get it in order improve/prove  their lame approach to water quality.  Regardless,  they feel data collection will not hinder CZNs mine building time frame as mine start up is in late 2014.  Of course they are wrong as CZN pointed out financing the build-out of the mine is based on a water permit so AANDCs request is unacceptable. A minor worry in my view and CZN answered all concerns in a very professional manner. Good Luck
