Mini - keep reading. It gets funnier with an all stock buy of a company with 2 million a month in earnings..... Oh, in gross sales and a 30 000 monthly profit. 

They did it for 6 million shares.   every time the global wholesale.com company did 30 grand in monthly profits they would issue 600 000 shares....  30000/600 000 ....... All stock swaps. The similarities are eerie. 

I have never seen a stock payout plan for takeovers. It's cheaper when your stock is falling I guess. Where is the debenture news?
