The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. A plan would is likely being developed to deal with the associated gas at LC.

Thats the key there, gas a little more difficult in a way to move... oil worst case,

put it in tanks on the back of a truck. I dont think LC is fully tested, Im not sure

if it will be before they figure out what they will do with the gas there.. Los Occoros

is the key.. and LM 7 should deliver some good numbers for us... Im not saying 10k

bod/d by year end 2013. Its a movable target dependent upon success as well.
