I am also staying put, won't sell any of my shares.  He is making all efforts to hold news and once the # of shares drop to ±78M, he will start (probably at the next earnings) to provide a clear direction on their pan to increase production.  I totally agree with you, this is an unfair way to increase valuation (not the buying out) but the holding of information, this is clearly unethical, but we have to remind ourselves that it is Ed and he may be found guiltyo of the insider trading charges.....  His plan also basically drops the likelyhood of a take over, with the management shares being what they are and adding those from JP Morgan, I think that there will not be any chance of an hostile take over.  I see great things in the near future, and Medco being I think more agresive than Reliance, they will want to see return on their investment ASAP.
