hinkdafink, what these guys do is they will sell a few shares below the ask hoping some weeker hands will do the same. They then watch the price drop a penny or so, they then start buying again at a lower price, like 4bluesky said you see this a week or so more so before a expected NR or a big event ISIGN is involved with. They will be slowly buying low and then once the news comes out or during (the event) the price will usally go up and then they will dump. Its a litle more in depth then what I have said but you get my point of how they do it.
