WND did NOT say Brookfield talked to Rothschild. It said it talked to WND and its financial advisor. WND has another advisor if you check the original news release, in addition to Rothschild. Rothschild wasn't doing WND a favor by running the due diligence. They are a service provider and in it for the fees.
