Dato, good advice... Here is a third example, T.BAJ, their mine had cost over-runs and was on the way to completion. Baja dropped from near a buck to the mid-forties, then tanked to a nickel or something sad on a massive mine project, it is still off about 90% as they have yet to find funding for their portion of the cost over-run.

Crazy times in the resource sector, one of my juniors rolled back with only 29MM shares outstanding,(insiders control 21 MM shares ,so the float is peanuts, and they still claim they have few options) and says they can't move forward until they roll-back 1 new for 4 old,not good times if you are looking for funding.
