point on no return

point on no return

It seems that recent developments have put CMK into a corner; it no longer has the option to even turn down an offer however unfavorable it might be to the shareholders. The only hope we have for a better deal is if there are more than one bidders for this company who can bid up the price. But if there are no two bidders, CMK will have to accept whatever crums they offer it, or turn down the offer and the stock will be plunging back down to 5 cents, and that will be faced with a slew of lawsuits etc. In other words, CMK has reached a point of no return and they can only hope someone will come along and put them out of their misery. That is what usually happens when we invest in start up companies with inexperienced and cavalier type managements that can not rise above their base instincts and use proper judgement in running their affairs. At this point we can  only assume the worst and hope for the best.
