Nobody can trade on insider information, that would be illegal. Insiders at times have insider information, hence the term insiders. If there is a deal in the making or some knowledge that has not been made public yet that would effect the share price, insiders w?i?l?l? ?n?o?t? ? should not be buying up or dumping shares.
