(not worried about the whole premium rubbish. Teck won't overpay. Everyone knows that.)

CUU doesn't have to accept anything. We all know Teck will at least back in 75% since the resource is free.

CUU will get a bidding war going for the remaining 25%. Plenty of majors would want in knowing Teck is financing and putting in 340 million including enhancements.
