This is bold.. a "Sell" rating. Ackman and Wall St. friends are laughing. Now if the same rating change came from JPM or Goldman then CP would have been down -5% on the news. Wall St. doesn't care about what Cdn analysts have to say. Ackman has a firm grip on CP.
