TFSAs, RRSPs Strategy I asked at SLX what people think of my strategy.....I have this stock in my TFSA and my RRSP... I am 59 and retired. I don't have money to add to my RRSP to top off in FR stocks. I get a pension and don't have to rely on my RRSP. Last year I transferred (in kind didn't have to sell & rebut) stock from my RRSP into my TFSA . I paid tax on the withdrawn RRSP funds. I did this for my wife's also. With the stock being down right now $5500 worth will transfer more shares into my TFSA. I am thinking I will well surpass any taxes paid when FR shares increase a well as we expect it to. It will grow Tax free but with no taxes paid after at all. It seems sound to me, what do you experts think? I enjoy other investors opinions. Thanks...
