THOUGHT UPDATE

THOUGHT UPDATE

We are all bothered/fustrated by the last year of (in)activity and sometimes vent it wrongly much like the anxious groom who would berate the minister for dragging the required process on when his prize is near.

One other item that is being overlooked is the yearend which I am sure the current data room folks have enough clarity and I dont believe ran away in droves. This process HAS to be followed per regs and agreements as we would not expect management/Rothchild to alter or breach for possibly our detriment. I am not suggesting a further wait, wait wait. It is merely to suggest there are some factors we have to bear in mind.

If I or you were management and conducting a process through a capable company, I do not think the priority we would have is to update ourselves to the degree 'we' are asking or demanding unless also bound by a CA.

I would love to know more, I would love to see IIROC or whoever establish the legitimacy of the last few days of trading, I would love Brookfield to up fairly or go away. Probably not going to happen.

So let the process continue

I think one could take the view that Brookfield is being catered to by its position in the process but I think it is in good faith due to the fact of the proximity etc of their assets etc. To do otherwise would just create other outbursts of Oscar quality storming off the stage antics and leaving a note that one still wants the 'prize'.

Wait til the process announces an announcement then vote. I am, as it would be a diservice to all to do different. Lets stick together for the battle then complain if necessary about the war.
