Aldershot Signs Letter of Intent on Uranium Utah Project
Highlights
Letter of Intent executed to earn-into a 90% interest of a historically active uranium/vanadium project in eastern Utah.
Aldershot Resources Ltd. (TSX.V-ALZ) (“Aldershot” or the “Company”) through Royal USA Inc.(Royal), a wholly owned subsidiary of Aldershot, is pleased to announce that it has executed a Letter of Intent whereby Royal will have the opportunity to earn into a uranium/vanadium property in eastern Utah. The agreement provides a clear path to earn a 90% interest with an option to acquire 100% of the project. Upon the favorable completion of the due diligence period, the company plans to expand its land position and initiate an aggressive exploration program.
