RE: Who is ready for .......

Probability, I do not believe anything will happen Monday except the Brookfield offer will definately die. Brookfield  has a better offer but when they will play that card is unclear.  If you listen to the November   Q3 conference, it is clear that Brookfield  and their $2.50 offer is  out of the running and that Yabucoa will be completed first, before the auction process is completed, both because it adds substantial value to the company and because the bidders both want and expect it to be closed.

When WND indicates that  there are bidders with  50 billions of assets on their balance sheets and and involved with the oil industry, that is why I believe there are major or super major energy companies involved.  To them WND is a minnow. As Jeff indicated, these majors will proceed on their own schedule and with their careful  due diligence, and WND will accomodate their schedule.Jeff is on record saying he beleeves they will get at least $3.00 per share (listen to the conference call)  Jeff has respect for  the sales process and that Rothschild is running the show.  He is essentially saying be patient and let the big companies with deep pockets come to the table which will require some time because  they are large and have several irons in the fire,
