This private placement is very small. I doubt there will be enough shares to satisfy the demand and as such the expectatation would be that they would need to buy in the open market. Lets assume for a minute that say 6 million shares have been reserved for this group. That is less than what Sheldon Inwentash controls.Now think about how 50 brokers/investors at each presentation and how they could impact the demand.
