The Fund will invest at least 80% of its managed assets in a diversified portfolio of convertible securities and non-convertible income securities. The Fund will invest at least 30% of its managed assets in convertible securities and up to 70% of its managed assets in non-convertible income securities. The Fund may invest without limitation in securities of foreign issuers. Fund invests in various sectors, such as technology, financial, communications, energy, basic materials and other. Not sure I understand what is your point?.

.

Bottom line is that IAG is working to earn-in a 51% share of the property.  If you were IAG, what would you do?

1.  Walk away from the whole thing, don't earn-in 51%?

2.  Make and offer to buyout Avnel at these depressed prices?

3.  Run some sort of strategy to eventually dilute AVK out of the project?
