I have some questions?

With the recent anouncement of an Ortsbo spin-off...what would be the value to INT shareholders?

If we were to receive stock in the new company, how much would that be?

Should INT's marketcap reflect the value of Ortsbo already?

Would that suggest an Ortsbo value less than 40 million?

What is 40 million divided 400 million shares?

Will I receive around 10 cents value per share owned in the new company?

So if the Ortsbo shares were listed at 5.00 would I receive 1 Ortsbo share per 50 INT shares owned?

If it is a dividend, and not a stock swap..would I receive 10 cents for every INT share I own?

How much value of INT's market cap is Ortsbo?
