RE: RE: RE: RE: Elbow River Funds, Severance,.....

Good comments and points Kherson.

The reason I sold my PCE shares and not my AVF shares (yet) is two fold.

1./ Because I like to take profit when I can.   I was up a bit with PCE and way down on AVF.

2./ The more I research the 3 companies/mgmt. the more I've come to believe that AvenEx is bringing the least to the table in production, properties and management terms.

Pace is producing 4X the boed that  either AVF & CHX are and  both PCE and CHX appear to have better properties..  A  merger with Pace is a no brainer and Buchanan & O'Byrne are a step up in mgmt.

If the merger doesn't go through I feel that without the ER facaude I suspect that Gallacher, Dundas et al will take this company the way they took Mahalo Energy Ltd. (receivership & lawsuites)  I'd have to sell then.

So what does that all mean?   Yup....  I'm flipping.   So I'll either sell or hang on, vote yes and maybe even average down.

We'll see what the next week brings and where my research brings me.  For now I'm still open minded.
