3 weeks left Potentially the biggest deal for Sonomax to date is fast approaching the dead line for closing this transaction is fast approaching. Was it coincidence that the due diligence time line spans the CES and NAMM shows or was it by design? I think it was by design. As I have repeatedly stated I feel that this deal with Valuelink is an alliance for the advancement of the Sonofit platform with OEM's and more importantly ODM's. This notion was hinted at if not explicitly stated by Sonomax President and CEO " As a partner and co-owner, ValueLink will play a critical role in positioning SonoFit™ with major OEMs and ODMs to ensure adoption of the technology.
