These guys simply can't seem to catch a break !

Stk is down nearly 10% as a result of this news this morning.

GCL is not the only company that converted to a corp. from a trust during the 2009 - 2010 period - there were scores of others.

GCL is not the only company that executed an RTO of another company with tax loss pools - there were scores of others.

But these guys get picked on the most, and every incident drags them down each time.

It is almost as if some force doesn't want to see this company go past $9 - gets beaten down every time it gets close to that range.

Very frustrating, to say the least.
