here's the thing if 2% of shareholder  hold a good chunk of the 77million shares and others have very small amounts combined with the lousy performance it creates a dis-interest in the company, for the 98%, they give on on the stock .. as many have.

The 2% then hatch a plan to borrow the company money on some type of debenture with the comapny as security for the debenture. The company defaults and the lender takes it over privately without debt and good cash flow.

this has happen many many time on the Venture board in fact I was a shareholder in 2 other that did exactly that.
