RE: Positive Outlook - good financing

RE: Positive Outlook - good financing

The positive thing about a bought deal is some underwriter, or underwriters, have sufficient faith in DTX to buy up the entire lot of new shares from the company and assumed the distribution risk.

Normally an investor should be able to get them for $6.80 from the underwriters.  However, if the demand is great, the underwriters can sell them in the open market for profits too.  It all depends.  There is a good chance SP may not dive but instead to remain above $7.  We shall see how DTX is perceived in the eyes of the investors.
