RE: Private company If BEP wants WND to be part of BEP, which they probably do, they need 90% of the shares to require the remaining shareholders to tender. Only then can BEP do the purchase of the COMPANY.
Some think to get the 90%, after they buy the cheap shares, BEP will have to make another tender offer, at an even higher price, that was high enough to even get some of the insiders to tender. The guess is the price for full control will not be anywhere near as low as they are offering now. BEP could still end up saving money on the backs of those who tender under $3.
