don't try to be a smarty pants or blame the management for all this ,bigger part is the whole junior  market is in trouble, management is small part of the problem they didn't foresee the trouble that was coming, should they have,  they could have gotten the financing at less favorable conditions, at the time when the news from GV came out, market was in relatively much better condition. getting  financing. might have been easy.
