Is a lot of panic by small shareholders selling into the market. The big boys are still on board and while this deal has taken way longer then expected to close, it does make a lot of sense that when you are dealing with Lawyers from several diffrent countries and companies things always take longer then expected. If the deal closes anytime in the next few months and production starts next year will anyone remember the delay in formally signing the contracts? I know that IMC will not finalize the agreement till they are 100% confident that all the clauses and wording are correct.
