New Contract

New Contract

For quite a while, there's been a significant divergence between the improving fundamentals of this company and its stock price.  That can't go on forever, IMHO.

United Protection wins two alarm response contracts

2013-01-29 12:36 ET - News Release

Mr. Fredy Ramsoondar reports

UNITED PROTECTION SECURITY GROUP INC. - TWO NEW CONTRACTS AWARDED WITH ESTIMATED REVENUE IN EXCESS OF $500,000 PER YEAR

United Protection Security Group Inc. has provided the following corporate updates.

The company has been awarded two contracts with two separate third party agencies to provide alarm response, mobile patrols, and NCR supply and support services to four major Canadian banking institutions for all of their Alberta locations.

As the services are event driven, the company's management estimates that collectively, the annual revenue will exceed $500,000 under both contracts. The contracts are open with no expiration dates.

The company currently provides similar services through its Ontario operations under a similar contract for one of the agencies mentioned in this release.

We seek Safe Harbor.
