Thanks Flinstone, I remember that claim by an anonymous poster named elucido that ovis was named in the American Creek lawsuit.

 

Could you or anyone else provide a legal document that names ovis to the American Creek lawsuit other than what an anonymous poster is claiming?

 

I haven't been able to find a link to ovis and the lawsuit yet, so if anyone wants to associate ovis with that, it would be more believable if there was proof which I haven't found yet.  atb
