SP............................ I don't expect it to move a great deal until people see the Private offering close successfully. It's the prudent thing and as some here have indicated is the path they'll follow. The best thing to come out of yesterdays meeting, in my view, is that now we have a fairy tight timeline by which to judge how management's plan is playing out. All we need do is watch the SP over the next couple of month and it will tell us pretty well all we need to know. I can't see any viable way they can paper over their short comings if the SP doesn't rise toward the price they indicated, above $2.00.
