Newfie75, I think last night's news is definitely positive and should bode well for all shareholders including the dissidents who filed the petition.

 

Looks like a win/win situation, now all we need is a positive 43-101 report and that should give us a good idea on which way the share price will move after the CTO is lifted, which looks like it should prior to the AGM. atb
