Seems like a lot of international support Karl.  Also some great longer term commitments are being made to Mali.  This will in time bring stability back.  Only chance these countries have is to be stable to allow for foreign investment.

Given the opposition to date, I am confident the drones alone now would be enough.  Its looking good going forward now.
