My friend is currently working for Roger's Retention department and i got a BBM from him about an hour ago saying that they are getting a CRAZY high volume of customers wanting to switch from their iPhone to the new BB10.

Heinz might suck as a presenter, but this doesn't change the fact that a genious as an innovator. He doesn't have to say anything anymore, we'll let the sales figures do the talking :)
