Like the Jeffersons... Movin' On Up !! As George must be doing a great job in Texas, we reap the visual rewards ! I say visual because even though the sp has rocketed up over 600% since the low late last year, I certainly won't be parting with any of my shares either anytime soon. With our friends at house 33 out of the way (and yes, I know this part is a repetition..) the downward pressure has been relieved, which means the sky is the limit. There are very few shares available for purchase between here and .29. If you want them, or know anyone that wants a good ride, now is the time to load up.
With the sp rising, closing a financing deal is certain to be easier, or perhaps a pp ?? The market knot is loosening its grip on angel drops, making funding easier to find as well. The sp is showing that the sales and marketing at the show is falling on open ears, and this should mean an increase in sales over last year - meaning the return of black ink on AAT's papers. The last time there was that colour writing the books the sp climbed to .42+ (post-consolidation value). Jeff Stuart has been doing a good job of spreading the word around.
My favorite nr was the last one for the Weston Hotel. If the sensors can make that big of a difference with that short of a payback period on a small scale older building retro-fit, then in my mind there isn't a Condo in any major city that shouldn't be seriously considering the system.. The only difference is that they don't have to worry about heating their garage in a cold Canadian winter - Imagine how much quicker the payback would be if they did ??
