RE: MD&A is out

RE: MD&A is out

Nothing about the plans for the future. So fo all intensive purposes there will be no drilling this year since they have no money. A share issue to get money for drilling will be issued at low prices (i.e 15 to 20 cents) and will dilute the company too much and will upset the investors that bought at over 1$.

In my opinion they should be looking for a partner with cash that will do the drilling for them on a 50/50  bases otherwise they could just be gobbled up for peanuts.

In my opinion this management is totally descredited. First they tried to expand too much with properties in Canada, Argentina and Australia with costs that they could not absorb. They basically dropped Argentina and Divested out of Australia and right away waisted the money on Niblack instead of investing it in Nunavut. We all know how goog Niblack has done (Eventhough now as Heatherdale resources it also has no money and the shares are at 16 cents for a total value of 19 Million baring in mind that this is for 2 mines and not just the old Niblack mine.

These guys don't deserve a salary in my opinion.
