Legacy's balance sheet is horrible

Legacy's balance sheet is horrible

I have been watching this stock , as i have been keeping an eye on the Alberta Bakken , made some good money on DTX on the way up and exited that company . I feel DTX is too expensive at these levels . Been wondering if LEG would open up some drilling into Souther Alberta which it looks like they wont . One thing that troubles me with this company recovering is they are accumulating debt at a rapid level . With current Profit and operating expense it will be hard to pay off the debt they are taking on . They have doubled their debt in the last year now at 440 million . But the last few years they have had net income of under 20 million per year. For 2012 it will be even less than that . I don't see how they could issue a dividend when they clearly don't have the capital for it . I feel they have great potential but accumulating too much debt for the income they are making . Thoughts ......
