Whenever BKX releases good news the price increases very little or not at all.  It looks like there are a lot of sellers of this stock, otherwise the SP would be rising.  Seeing that we are near the 52 week lows most sellers must be dumping at a lost.  What is it going to take to get BKX alive and well again???  The Caney well news didn't do the trick.  Will the Polish tax news really help?
