Exactly.  The institutions don't care - they beat the retailers and anybody else dumb enough to look at 'value' into submission.  Sell VTR down to .20, run the price up to .40, then go heavily short at .40 and finance the company's next round at .30, sell heavily again as the price breaks down well below .30, cover and go long again at .15 and then sell the company to some private billionaire investor at .30.  

 

GUY will trade below 3.00 on their news in this market - getting money to build that mine is the worst thing that could happen to them.
