Raising money in this climate at a price well above market is impressive.  What bothers me about this particular news release is that there is no accompanying statement - no comment whatsoever - from the company.  I would have expected there to be one unless they're not able to comment for whatever reason.  Often, the accompanying statement is as important - if not more important - than the news itself. 

I would like to better understand the rationale for this move.  I've e-mailed my friends in IR and expect to hear back today.
