Or.... "In the Money" Options/RSU's which they will be paid out for if the merger goes through. 

Page 102,105 & 106 of the circular.  Both CHX & PCE stated as "Cash Payment" dollar amouns but AVF chose to show it as "Shares"  hiding the dollar amount.
