To answer the queries on the source of this data, I provide the link above. You may have to find someone who has an account with the PRA, as I did.

The way it was relayed to me is that every operator is required to report production volumes to Alberta Energy by about the third week of every month. The values you see are what BOR reported, and to which facilites the product was taken...

It appears to be a lot of water, but I cannot say how much is frac fluid produced, and how much is formation water. I put this out there with the caviet that you need to make your own call on it's relevance at this point..
