BioExx never had a problem with the demand side of the Canola Proein isolates
we all know there is worlwide demand and how much better tha soy it is BUT
Bioexx has had a major problem with the supply side of that equation
They have proven a failed solvent extraction method and now thye tout a GEA back aqueous untried at large scale propositon method
My question is since Helm AG was on board the BXI train since 2009 with their 10 year distribution agreement
WHY did they not advance BXI some cash last year (pre-deal intvestment iterest with a LOI exclusivity) and instead of the outside firm Romspen (only 6 million) and furthermore why did iHeml Ag not coome up in Nov/12 with some risk investment cash instead of the dilutive debenture given to insiders.
Looks like there has ot be more proof such as EU approval and maybe a factory in Germany. There are OTHERS producers waiting - not just BXI
Also, everyone knows the cash positon of BXI so they may just wait it out and pick up the patents and technology out of CCAA.
Why pay the CEO $ 250,000 and other failed Saskatoon cronies and the shareholders anything at all ?
The German business people know how to make Porsche and BMW and Mercede and they also know how to extract Rapeseed protein with or without BXI.
The Americans already have approval for the BXI product but they were not interested ???
