I do not feel BHP is holding back from Jansen because of costs or price of potash. I feel it is because of the ability of Sask Gov to tax, in one way or another, the ability of BHP to compete in its back yard. I do not think there is any chance of Jenson going ahead without working this out with Sask and this will take several years, if at all.
