Takeover? Premium? Do you think any company is going to pay 200% premium for PBN?
A mug's valuation of PBN is fairly straightforward, and even a simpleton comes in with a price well north of $25 a share for break-up value, but of course nobody will pay break-up value, something less, how much less, well IMHO this mug feels close to $20, so to answer the question, assuming it was not intended as rhetorical, of course they would pay a 200% premium, more if the share price drops further. As I have said before, relax, enjoy the 12% return, the year end drop in production will be remedied by the end of Q2, now is the time for all good investors to accumulate (and average down if that is the case), we will be north of $14 soon enough!!
