RE: We need to know

RE: We need to know

degus, I know that the assets are worth far more than what BEP is offering.

My worry is that if BEP fails again, and walks away, that there may not be another bidder.

Now, at first blush, that would seem like a ridiculous thought, considering what I believe WND to be worth.

But what if Jeff really doesn't want to sell?

What if he just says there were no reasonable bids, and terminates the process?

They have pocketed millions in those buyout bonuses, and I doubt they would give them back, so maybe they aren't in any rush for more.

Maybe they want to keep their jobs and their nice salaries.

Now, Jeff has stated publicly that WND would be sold to the highest bidder. But really, who is going to hold him to that promise?

I am hoping, for all shareholders, that the sales process will result in a proper conclusion.

But I have seen deals like this fizzle out before, thus my concern.

I am really pizzed off at BEP, and can't wait for them to phone me, as they will get an earfull.

BEP has disrupted the sales process to a ridiculous degree, but we do need something more from WND.
