It would have seemed that since the stock tanked so quickly in advance of the bad news, that the goosing should have started today.  Or maybe all of the insiders have lost interest.  I wonder if the regulators even took note of the massive sell off and share drop on NO news, the day the news of the duster was released AFTER the market closed.  I forget the % but didn't PEC drop more than 50% in the two hours or so prior to that news release?
