I also have serious concerns about the fact that WND management met with Brookefield's people. If there are seven other bidders chomping at the bit to buy the company, why would WND management feel a need to sit down with Brookfield before that auction process has come to an end? It's not like these guys appreciate each other's company.
To me, it indicates that the company is not quite sure about a bid coming from one of the companies participating in the Rothchild process. If that is the case, we are in big trouble after Fe. 11.

PS — I'm more than prepared for the onslaught of negative posts I will receive for making these statements. Let me have it! If you can convince me I am wrong, I will feel a lot better. Because right now I am on the verge of blowing off these shares and moving on to greener pastures. I have held this stock since 2010 and I am sick of it.
