theycallmert - I agree with you. I've never seen such a large group of light weights. Woulfe Mining is one of the safest junior miner stock investments i've ever came across and the majority of these shareholders are spooked like a bunch of deer over any little thing.

I see junior miner stocks that are located in far more dangerous places in the world with similar share structures trading in the multiple dollars per share range yet Woulfe Mining continues to trade for a measly .20ish cents per share.

This is a perfect buying opportunity right now in my opinion. These folks are dreaming if they think they're just going to jump right in for a cheap price after this financing is finalized.

There should be a stock halt and gap up to make sure these light weights are punished and forced to pay a premium to reenter the stock after the news is released.
