So once again all your knowledge is on the play is based on what other people have said. Way to invest! LOL

The biggest risk is being able to commercially get the resource out of the ground. Until ANY company proves that its a spec play. Its all risk. Having a resource with no proven ability to get it out of the ground isnt much. Its like having the gas assets in NWT but no market access. Very little value at this point until its a proven play.
