The above milestone puts them at Technical Readiness Level 6. That is the point at which military contractors can start to licence POET for military contracts. (Q3 begins in August). BAE are very comfortable with this technology and have high a high level of confidence. There will be competition among the military contractors to gain access to this technology . It is not a given that BAE will be the successful buyer of the Military Division or licensee.
